Phase II in Hampstead

We’ve now entered Phase II of our major Hampstead Heath project. This stage focuses on preparing a planning submission for a substantial two storey side extension and landscaping.

The ground-floor addition introduces a contemporary yet modest expansion to the property, featuring a new indoor pool. Clad in warm red stone and punctuated by generous glazing, the space creates a welcoming, atmospheric interior - something the existing pool area previously lacked. A thoughtfully designed curved rooflight detail ensures natural light floods the room, enhancing the sense of openness and connection to greenery that surrounds the house.

On the upper level, the second-floor extension seeks to seamlessly blend in with the existing. This space will house a vaulted, double-height gym with a walk-on balcony overlooking the green roof above the pool.
