Howden Street submitted for planning

We've just submitted this scheme in Peckham Rye for planning.  The rear extension features a strip roof light the length of the side return, a planted green roof and crittal doors opening out onto the garden.  At roof level we've designed a two-part dormer addition with mansard style element over the rear wing.  The roof will be finished in stack bonded large format slates, in irregular bays to help it stand out from the crowd.
